Selecting Project Spaces beneath the Administration tab displays the Project Spaces screen, illustrated below. Project spaces in CRM3® help you organize internal contact distribution among you and your coworkers. Here, you can decide who will work with you:superiors, employees,colleaguesor any combination thereof - and if theywill receive notification when new Contacts are entered into your contact databaseor if they will receivenotification that new Contacts have been added. The Distribution Group function additionally allows you to distribute contacts across different co-workers that have been assigned to different Project Spaces.
