To add a Distribution Group to a Project Space, enter a name for the new group and click Add, as shown in the following illustration. As previously noted, the Distribution Group function allows you to distribute contacts across different co-workers that have been assigned to different Project Spaces.

The new Distribution Group will be displayed on a Distribution Groups list, as shown in this illustration.
