When editing a Contact’s information, a Contact Operations menu becomes available, as shown in the illustration below

1. Select one of the following available options for use when working with an individual Contact. Add Task, Add Process Flow, Add To Projects, Send E-mail, Call from Mobile, Export Contact and Copy Link to Clipboard.
