If you have lost or forgotten the Password you chose at the time of signup, clicking Password Recovery Help on the Login screen will allow you to reset it using the following screen.

1. Click Password Recovery Help to have us help you reset it by entering your Login Name in the Login Name text field and clicking Recover My Password.

You will receive an Email containing a link similar to the illustration below to assist you in resetting your Password.

Click the link and you will be given the opportunity to create a new Password.
