Step 3 of the Setup Wizard allows you to quickly set up your business process. As described within the illustration below, each step in a business process, such as a phone call, an email that has been sent or even steps such as issue escalation, among other things, can be used to capture the completion of a singular event within that process. We provide you with a number of Process Templates to get you started but you can easily add your own within the Process Flows portion of the application. Follow the steps below to complete Step 3.

  1. Select an Existing Templates checkbox to complete Step 3 of the setup process.
  2. Click Dismiss to exit the Setup Wizard, if desired, or click Next to proceed to Step 4 of the setup process.
