Distributing Contacts
Selecting Contacts on the Contacts list and then selecting Tag Contacts from the Bulk Contact Operations menu allows you to associate a group of individual Contacts with a Project and Process Type using the Distribute Contacts dialog, illustrated below.This related to lead handling. You can distribute leads by Round Robin (the next person on a list), or “Least Busy”, or all leads are sent to one person. Follow these steps to distribute Contacts.
- Select a Project from the Project list, choose the Assignees for distribution from the Assignees list, select the Process Type with which to associate the Assignees from the Process Type list and click OK to perform the Bulk Distribution.
