Setting Users as Out-Of Office

Selecting a User on the Users list and then selecting Set as Out-of-Office from theBulk User Operations list allows you to mark a User as being out of the office; for example, when the User is on vacation or away on a business trip. As shown in the Set as Out-of-Office window, illustrated below, taking this action will remove that user from the automatic lead distribution process.

  1. Click OK to mark the User as Out-of-Office or click Cancel to close the window without marking the User as Out-of-Office.
